Land offerings in Moab vary greatly. Smaller parcels within the City are typically located in newer subdivisions. Larger lots may be found out in the valley, oftentimes in subdivisions but occasionally located outside of such developments. There are a small handful of gated communities. Expansive acreage parcels of 10 acres or more can be found on the mesas to the southwest. Utilities vary by location, with most utilities stubbed in the City limits. County water and sewer service is available throughout the majority of Grand County; parcels located over the San Juan County line will typically utilize wells and septic systems. Commercial and development land occasionally enters the market, but our offerings for such property are typically quite limited.
