Building lots and single family homes are typically the offerings in the Castle Valley market. Lot sizes are approximately 5 acres each, and homes range from Southwest/Pueblo style, to log cabins, to ranch and frontier style, manufactured homes, and more. Power and telephone utilities are available in the street, with each property installing septic systems and wells for culinary water. Some properties enjoy irrigation rights, and you will find Castle Valley a lush and agriculturally-rich community. Moab is the resource hub, for groceries, public schools, health care, fuel, and so on; about 20 miles' drive along State Route 128.
