Rachel Moody was our real estate agent during a long relocation and search process for a home in eastern Utah. When we finally selected a home the process of actually buying it turned out to be exceedingly difficult and astonishingly frustrating because of out of country travel, less than helpful performance on the part of the loan company, unreasonable demands from the home seller, etc.  Throughout this entire process Rachel maintained a steady hand and a very calm attitude and a very welcome sense of humor. She was able to quickly and competently overcome all difficulties and in the end enabled us to purchase this home. Without her advice, guidance and expertise, we would not have a home in Moab. On more than one occasion when this sale was in grave doubt, Rachel was always, literally within minutes, able to resolve all the difficulties and explain to me in laymen's terms exactly what was needed to move forward and bring it to a successful conclusion.  We are staying in Moab permanently.
