Mesa, Moab, UT 84532 Cloud Rock is a vast 2,000-acre mesa, an ''Island-in-the-Sky,'' rising high above Moab, Utah. It offers 360-degree views of Arches National Park, the snow-capped La Sal Mountains, and red rock cliffs and canyons. A careful development plan leaves eighty percent of this pristine high desert landscape as protected open space.
