I spent my youth in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. I used to get a thrill out of the hustle and bustle, the endless amounts of new faces, and the exhilaration of city life. Today, I view the city as noise, pollution, and traffic! For these reasons I escaped to find peace and quiet in the desert.

Moab, beautiful Moab, the place I have met my husband, the birth place of my daughter, the little city I have chosen to call home. I love that I am able to walk out my front door and be kayaking on the Colorado River 20 minutes later. The endless beauty of this area mesmerizes me on a daily basis and I don't take it for granted.

I pitched my tent in Moab on Memorial Day weekend, 1997. I didn't realize at the time, that this little town was going to keep me here, year after year. I am so proud of this community I have been so lucky to become a part of. I have served the Center and Main corridor as an overseer of multiple commercial mixed-use properties with over 60 individual units, since the beginning of 2003. I have overseen major projects such as asbestos removal, termite abatements, apartment remodels, electrical overhauls, roof replacements, and complete restaurant install. I have negotiated hundreds of leases and had the pleasure of assisting dozens of small business owners into their new businesses.

I am a strong negotiator and have completed sales transactions ranging from multifamily units, small lots, raw land, commercial buildings, and single family homes. I love the balance of protecting & guiding first time home buyers, as well as negotiating for strong investors.

I proudly opened the doors to the Real Estate Company of Moab in April of 2008 after earning my Broker's license in October, 2007. Whether you are planning to buy, sell, or lease; you can trust that I have the experience to seal your deal.
